The plan of American World Airways Inc. (AWA Inc.) is to provide air
transportation to its customers, that is unique in that it will provide a cost
effective and efficient way of air travel around the world.
AWA Inc., has been incorporated, and is now seeking financial help to
provide this service, special in structure, advantageous in terms of price,
yet profitable to its investors.

With the needed financial backing, the company would place emphasis on
the marketing side of the operation to introduce its customers to a totally
new passenger structure by offering a “niche” service.  In order to establish
AWA Inc. in the mind of the customer, it will be necessary to devote time
on the marketing activities from the outset.

Within this plan there is an introduction to a new core idea presented as a
practical solution for the air transportation business. It is hoped that the
concept is convincing and therefore worthy of evaluation.

After considerable discussions on the pros & cons of an FAR121 Air
Operator's Certificate, it has been decided by management to pursue a
new “AOC” (Air Operator's Certificate).  Neither time nor money would
be saved by the purchase of an already existing certification.

Our management team is being filled with the most experienced airline
professionals in the industry.
The Operations Director will have control of all day-to-day operations.
The Director has more than 40 years and 26 thousand flight hours in the
airline industry. The Chief Pilot has more than seventeen thousand
flight hours and more then thirty years experience in aviation.  Director of
Maintenance has more than twelve years in maintenance and

engineering management with a major US World air carrier. Candidates for
Chief Flight Attendant, all have more than twelve thousand flight hours
and more then ten years service.

The startup amount of capital, One Billion US Dollars
($1,000,000,000.00) is a sufficient amount for our startup and operations.
Both, AWA Inc. and its regional Express operations around the world can
be launched simultaneously, affording that our

can be implemented from the beginning.

Aircraft will be leased, rather then purchased at this time. Leasing the aircraft
will be very large cost savings, as well as time. by  leasing used aircraft, the flight
manuals already exist for FAA approving flights, thus allowing for much less time
for this operation. All aircraft will be low total time and cycle aircraft, thus not having
to have costly extensive maintenance for several years.

Options allow for heavy maintenance to be contracted out by a certified maintenance
facility, or by Airbus Industries.  Again, startup cost factors are lower. AWA  Inc.
technicians who will perform daily line checks, have more then ten years experience
each in aviation maintenance.
